Party Policies

Ten things that apply to every package. Worth a read before you send your inquiry — your coordinator will go through them with you as well.

Please read these before you book. They cover ages, ratios, food, check-in and how weekday and weekend rates are charged.

  1. Ages 10 months – 14 years

    Kids rate is from 10 months old to 14 years old.

  2. One adult per child

    The ratio of kids to adults is 1:1 — additional charges apply for extra children and adults.

  3. Kids meal by branch

    Kids meal is subject to branch available meal option.

  4. Sweet treats included

    Sweet treats included inside the pinata. But additional prizes is extra fun for the kids.

  5. Adult food needs pre-order

    Cheeky Monkeys Café can serve food for adults — pre-order is required.

  6. Outside catering welcome

    Third party catering is available for warm food for your guests.

  7. Early check-in

    Check-in 15 minutes prior to your booked party may be allowed, subject to availability.

  8. Themes off the list

    Additional charges may apply if the theme chosen is not on the standard list.

  9. Weekday vs weekend rate

    Weekday rate applies Monday to Thursday (excluding holidays). Weekend rate applies Friday to Sunday.

  10. One-stop shop

    We are a one-stop shop for all your party needs — please speak with your party coordinator for all your requirements and charges reference.

We recommend booking at least two to three weeks in advance, especially for weekend slots. Contact your party coordinator to check availability.

Yes, please contact your party coordinator to discuss rescheduling. We will always try our best to accommodate date changes.

Birthday parties cater to children from 10 months to 14 years old. We have a separate play area for toddlers under 4.

Absolutely! The café is uniquely placed in the center of our play area so parents can see their children as they play. Hot and cold beverages and treats are available, plus comfortable seats and tables.

For the Spectacular and Razz-Ma-Tazz packages, personal decorations are NOT allowed (themed decoration can be requested subject to charges). For the Themed package, you ARE allowed to bring additional decorations.

Cheeky Monkeys Café can serve food for adults with pre-ordering required. Third party catering is also available for warm food for your guests. We are a one-stop shop — speak with your party coordinator.

We are a peanut and nut aware facility. Tell us about any allergies in the special requests when you book, and we will work to accommodate them. Kids meal options may vary by branch.
